About Me

Welcome to The Common Sense Corner. I’m a therapist, domestic violence survivor, and advocate.

If you’re here, you probably know something needs to change — but you don’t know where to start. Maybe you feel stuck. Maybe you keep repeating the same patterns. Maybe you’re just tired of carrying everything by yourself.

I created this space for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or shaped by painful experiences — and who want support that is practical, not performative. My goal is to help you make sense of what you’re going through, see what’s been holding you back, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. You already have strength inside you. Sometimes you just need support bringing it forward.

This is a safe place to talk through what happened: no judgment, no pressure, and no being treated like you’re broken. If your faith matters to you, there’s room for it here. If it doesn’t, that’s completely fine too.

Hey there, I’m Tracee Anderson

I believe life feels more manageable when we have space to reflect, feel understood, and find practical direction. Through Common Sense Corner, I share compassionate insight, supportive resources, and thoughtful guidance designed to help you navigate challenges, strengthen confidence, embrace healing, and create meaningful change in everyday life.
